I spent 2 nights here and appreciated that. Wonderful hotel with fantastic location brilliant right in the centre, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The a double room was updated, included climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a spacious bathroom. Location: the property was right by all the main pubs shops and restaurants, the center of Killarney within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and driving distance to the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry, and shopping, eating, and sightseeing😃🙂

We recently stayed at the Great Boutique Hotel in the heart of Killarney and were blown away by the warm and friendly service. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nuala, who made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with spacious bathrooms that exceeded our expectations. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's bar/restaurant, where Mike provided phenomenal service and had us laughing throughout the evening. The food was delicious and the overall experience was top-notch. If you're looking for a cozy and elegant hotel in Killarney, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

This is an old, classic hotel in the small city of Killarney. The rooms are quite large, and include a putter and ball. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Everything was within walking distance.

Breakfast too expensive at 10 euros for continental . Full cooked breakfaast is 15euros.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main amenities, yet still quiet. Aoife and Joanne, who run the bar and restaurant, provided exceptional service. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The delicious breakfast made to order was a fantastic way to start the day. The hotel also had lovely gardens and a playground for children to enjoy.

The hotel could benefit from improving the soundproofing between rooms.

From checking in to checking out, the staff at this hotel could not do enough for us. From walking to the carpark to collect our bags, directing us to the local dentist (small emergency) to booking dinner for us in a rival restaurant, the whole experience was excellent. We had a huge room and large double bed and while the floorboards creaked a bit, we couldn't fault anything.

The room was lovely, perfect for a girlie wend away. So central and convenient with parking across the road.

We arrived and were delighted by the excellent location right in the heart of town; everything was so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the town. We also enjoyed the delicious scones and biscuits served by Billy in the bistro.

The parking situation could have been clearer.

Location in Killarney is perfect if you are staying within the town itself but youre still only 10 or 15 minutes from lakes & countryside .

Excellent location. Some great pubs serving food across the road. Rooms were huge with a random golf club and putting unit??? Nice touches with ice bucket, although only arrived on the first night of my stay.

Breakfast was the standard boring "Full irish" with one or two more options, Perhaps something a little more interisting would be good. Its supposed to be a hotel not a stardard B&B.

This hotel located perfectly in the center of town was a delightful find. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds and all the amenities one could need. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast included a wide range of gluten-free options, a real treat to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Killarney. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff provided excellent customer service, attending to our every need. They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax with a drink. we were very impressed with the quality of service and comfort provided by this hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
